SPORT RACE
A serious race for those focused on results!
Sports riding is a serious race for those whose motto is: "Winning is important, not participation!" It is a distance where both the best in Estonia and athletes traveling abroad are expected to participate. If you are a rider with an elite, U23 or MJ license from an Estonian or another national federation, then this is your only choice in the Filter Road Cup series. However, everyone else is allowed to join sports riding if they wish, regardless of the presence of a license, if they want to test themselves together with the best in Estonia. In the 2025 season, Sports riding and Recreational riding will start together, but Sports riding will form the first starting group, Recreational riding the second starting group and the calculations will be held separately.
MAIN RACE
A real treat for hobbysts!
If you want to compete in your "own machine class" or just enjoy road racing, then this distance is your choice! All road cycling enthusiasts are welcome to participate in recreational racing, regardless of their level or license. However, riders with elite, U23 or MJ sports licenses are prohibited from participating in recreational racing. Their level is too high for this distance and they have been asked to move to Sports racing. In the 2025 season, both recreational racing and sports racing will start together, but sports racing will form the first starting group, recreational racing the second starting group, and the classifications and podium ceremonies will be held separately. The Filter Road Cup women's race will also take place as part of the recreational racing.
YOUTH RACE
The race for our young future talents!
As the name suggests, this race is for young athletes in age groups M/N-U13, M/N-U15. A separate youth race was created in cooperation with cycling coahes so future top athletes could dictate the race themselves and practice their race tactics.
