4.1. The schedule for all Filter Time Trial Cup stages is below.

5.1. Individual classification is included in both the general, youth general and the age groups classification.
5.2. Age groups M/N-U13/15 participate in youth distance.
5.3. There is no team classification in Filter Time Trial Cup.
5.4. The age groups are based on the year of birth. The following age groups are used in Filter Time Trial Cup:

6.1. Participants may use the following types of standard human-powered bicycles: road bike, mountain bike, time trial bike, handcycle, urban bike, kick scooter.
6.2. Using electric or otherwise motorised bicycles is forbidden. Using tandem bicycles and bikes with an aerodynamic shell is also forbidden. Due to safety reasons it is also forbidden to use bicycles without brakes - track bikes and brakeless fixed gear bikes.
6.3. There are no separate groups for different types of bicycles. Participants are competing on equal grounds regardless of the type of bicycle they use.
7.1. Two types of racing formats are used in the Filter Time Trial Cup depending on the event. Scorekeeping is based on the amount of time it takes the participants to finish the race.
7.2. Individual time trial - riders will start the race one by one with 30 second intervals. Every rider must finish the race independently - drafting is not allowed.
7.3. Time trial in pairs - riders will start the race in pairs with 30 second intervals. It is permitted to participate alone in case a rider has no suitable racing partner. Paired riders are allowed to draft behind each other and cooperate to achieve a better result. Drafting behind other pairs or riders is prohibited.
• The slower rider's finish time determines the pair's time. The same time and rank will be shown in the results for both riders of a pair. Individual riders are times as they would be in an individual time trial race.
• In case one rider of a pair abandons the race due to a technical failure, the other rider is allowed to continue the race as an individual and be included in the results. This is only valid if the rider who abandoned the race returns to the race centre and immediately notifies the commissaires of the abandonment and technical failure. If unsportsmanlike conduct is suspected, the commissaires may refuse to accept the remaining rider of the pair as an individual participant.
• Paired riders do not have to be in the same cycling club or age group. There are no restrictions regarding a rider's choice of partner.
7.4. Time trial in teams- riders will start the race in teams of up to three with 60 second intervals. It is permitted to participate alone or in pairs in case a rider has no suitable racing partner. Riders in team are allowed to draft behind each other and cooperate to achieve a better result. Drafting behind other teams or riders is prohibited.
• The team slowest rider's finish time determines the team's time. The same time and rank will be shown in the results for all riders of a team. Individual riders are times as they would be in an individual time trial race.
• In case one rider of a team abandons the race due to a technical failure, the other rider(s) are allowed to continue the race as an individual or a pair and be included in the results. This is only valid if the rider who abandoned the race returns to the race centre and immediately notifies the commissaires of the abandonment and technical failure. If unsportsmanlike conduct is suspected, the commissaires may refuse to accept the remaining riders of the team as an individual participant or pair.
• Riders ins team do not have to be in the same cycling club or age group. There are no restrictions regarding a rider's choice of team.
7.4. In youth distance finish time will be taken on turnaround timing point. When riding back to start it is forbidden to disturb racing participants by driving side by side with other non-racing participants.
8.1. The start of the Filter Time Trial Cup races takes place as follows:
• The race begins on the starting ramp in the race centre, but riders are allowed to start on the ground next to the starting ramp if they wish to do so.
• If the rider's actual starting time differs from the one they chose when registering, the actual starting time will count.
• When pre-registering for the race, the rider can choose a suitable starting time which will be on the starting list. The commissaire has the right to make changes in the starting list if necessary.
• Riders have a right to start at the time they chose or were assigned during registration, but if a rider doesn't start at their assigned time, other who are waiting in line on the spot are allowed to start at that time.
• Riders who did not start at their assigned time are allowed to queue at the starting location and start at the next available time. If the number of riders waiting in line exceeds the number of available starting times and the track closes, a starting time cannot be guaranteed for riders who didn't start at their assigned time.
• In case of need, organiser can change selected starting times.
9.1. Registration is open online at spordisarjad.ee and at the registration desk on the day of the race (cash or banklink only).
9.2. In Filter Time Trial Cup, following ticket types are in use:
- Group ticket - discounted ticket for web registration which applies when at least two participants are signed up at the same time. Ticket is not-refundable and not-changable.
- Eco ticket - discounted ticket for web registration. Ticket is not-refundable and not-changable.
- Flexi ticket - flexible ticket for web and on-site registration. When not used, ticket can be refunded or changed within same season series (change or refund message must be sent before race day 12:00).
- Fan ticket - ticket for fans, to support road races continuing. When ticket is not used, it can be refunded or changed withing same season series (change or refund message must be sent before race day 12:00). Fan ticket grants access to registration Priority line when bought online.
9.3. The registration fees for season 2024 are below.

9.4. Participation for age groups M/N80 is free of charge.
10. THE PARTICIPATION FEE INCLUDES
11. RACE NUMBERS AND TIMING CHIPS
11.1. Race numbers and timing chips attatched to the leg are used in the Filter Time Trial Cup for timekeeping.
11.2. When participating for the first time in the current season, riders will get their race number and timing chip from the registration desk. These are valid at all Filter Time Trial Cup events of the season.
11.3. The first race number is free. A 20€ deposit must be paid for the timing chip - this deposit will be returned to the person when the chip is returned to the organisers. If the participant has lost or forgotten their number or timing chip somewhere, a replacement number can be purchased for 5€ and replacement timing chip for 20€.
11.4. The race number must be attached to the rider's lower back, for example on the middle pocket, so that it is clearly visible from behind. The chip must be placed around right leg. If the race number isn't correctly attached or the chip is not worn and the rider is not identified, they are not guaranteed to have a place in the stage results.
11.5. Using authentic Filter Time Trial Cup race numbers is mandatory. Using DIY or other competitions' numbers is prohibited even if the number itself matches the number assigned to the rider.
12.1. The organisers of Filter Time Trial Cup do not provide catering to the riders.
12.2. There are no littering zones on the race track. Littering on the track is strictly forbidden and any rider who does so will be disqualified.
12.4. There are designated recycling and trash bags in the race centre, located around the warm-up area.
13.1. The organiser does not provide spare parts or technical assistance on the track.
14.1. First aid is provided by a paramedic in the race centre.
15.1. Penalties are regulated by the race manual at hand, UCI rules and EJL regulation.
15.2. Littering on the track is sctrictly forbidden. Any rider who leaves trash on the track will be disqualified.
16.1. The stage results are based on the finish times. The series results are based on the points earned from stages.
16.2. In the series overall results, the five best stage results will count and the lowest score is not taken into account. If a rider has not finished all the races in the series, the missing score will not be taken into account. The lowest score of every rider will not be taken into account starting after Stage 3.
16.3. Individual points are given to men based on the men's overall results and to women based on the women's overall results. The age groups classification is determined by separating all riders of a certain age group from the general classification results.
16.4. The fact that each pair has two spots and each team has three spots in the results is taken into account when determining the results of pair or team races. However, all riders of a pair or team will receive the higher rank. For example, both riders of the fastest pair will get first place, and the second pair will both receive third place.
16.5. Points are awarded according to the men's and women's general classification using the following system. In overall results, participants in youth distance are separated. If competitors have equal total points, season rankings are determined by comparing their highest stage placements in descending order until a distinction is made, considering that better place is assigned to participant with bigger count of better stage points.

17.1. Preliminary results will be published as soon as possible, but no later than the day after the race on the official website of the race - spordisarjad.ee.
17.2. Due to the possibility of mistakes in the preliminary results, unsportsmanlike conduct and other incidents, riders are allowed to file complaints up tp 3 days after the race. Complaints must be filed by email in accordance with Section 22 of the race manual. Preliminary results are preliminary, as they may be updated due to notices by riders or judges.
17.3. Final results will be published online at spordisarjad.ee and other related sites no later than 4 days after the race. After publishing the final results protests and complaints won't be accepted anymore, even if there are mistakes not noticed before. Final stage results are final.
17.4. After the publication of the final results of the stage, the results of the whole series will be published immediately. Regarding the errors that may occur in the summary protocol, the competitors can submit clarifications during the whole season, but not later than 7 days after the last stage of the series. The results of the general classification of the series will be declared final 7 days after the last competition of the series, and on the basis of them the general classification of the series will be awarded.
18.1. Kullapada is the bonus awards programme of Filter Time Trial Cup where every participant who has finished every stage of one series - either cycling or running - will receive an award. At the end of the season, a variety of prizes will be given to the nominees and every nominee is guaranteed a prize.
18.2. There are no double entries - if a participant has finished all races in both cycling and running, their name will still only be entered once.
18.3. All races need to be finished correctly and the participant must be included in the results. If a rider has abandoned a race or not shown up, they cannot participate in Kullapada.
18.4. Medals of Kullapada will be given during the last stage of the season.
19.1. The series overall award ceremony will take place as a separate event after the season has ended. The exact time and location will be announced at least 2 weeks in advance.
19.2. In order to receive an award, one must be present at the ceremony. In case the rider is unable to attend, their coash or representative may receive their award. Awards will not be presented at a later time.
19.3. In the general classification, 6 best men and 3 best women, and in youth distance 6 best men and 3 best women will receive a trophy and a prize item.
19.4. The 3 best riders in every age group will receive a trophy and a symbolic prize only if the rider has finished on at least two stages. Although individual casual participation may provide a podium place in the seasonal standings in some of the less competitive age groups, it must be understood that the Filter Tempo Series seasonal medal is an achievement medal that is not awarded for a single random finish. In order to ensure the sporting value of the podium place, only those athletes who have completed at least two stages of the series to earn the medal will be awarded the overall medal.
20. TALLINN CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS
20.1. The fastest man and fastest woman of the series general classification will be awarded the title of Tallinn Champion. Additionally, the fastest man and woman in the following age groups will be declared the champion of their age group: M/N-U23, M/N-U19, M/N-U17 and M/N-U15.
20.2. The Tallinn champions will also receive a champions' award and a diploma from the City of Tallinn. The 2nd and 3rd places will receive a diploma.
20.3. The Tallinn Championship award ceremony will take place together with the Filter Time Trial Cup award ceremony.
21.1. The race is held in accordance with the race manual at hand and UCI and EJL regulations.
21.2. Young athletes with an official licence must follow the regulations regarding the gear ratio.
21.3. Filter Time Trial Cup a recreational sports event - a licence is not required to participate. Everyone who wishes to take part is welcome to do so.
21.4. Everyone participates at their own risk. By participating in the race the rider confirms that they have read and understood the race manual, are physically fit to participate and acknowledge the risks associated with cycling. In the case of an accident all costs and damages are covered by the rider without filing any damages claims against the organiser.
21.5. Even though the riders have priority over other traffic on the race track, most of the track is also open to cars. The riders are obliged to follow the traffic regulations and to ensure their own safety to the best of their ability. Crossing the centre line of the road and cutting bends is strictly forbidden.
21.6. Wearing a helmet is mandatory, no exceptions.
21.7. Warming up on the race track during the race is forbidden.
21.8. All participants must respect clean and honest sport. Estonian anti-doping rules apply to the races and SA Eesti Antidoping has the right to carry out doping tests among all participants. More information can be found at www.antidoping.ee/en/.
21.9. Force Majeure - in the case of forces of nature, viral epidemics and other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the organisers, the event may be changed or cancelled. If a race is cancelled due to force majeure, no refunds for the registration fees can be issued. If all six stages are cancelled, registrations will be transferred two next season.
21.10. Upon registration, the competitor's e-mail address will be entered into the AeroBike database and to newsletter list. It is not possible to unsubscribe from the participant's reminder letter. However, if you wish, you can remove yourself from the list of future newsletter recipients.
21.11. The participant in the competition must consider that he / she participates in a public event. The participant's name will be entered in the start and finish minutes and he / she may also be included in the gallery made by the competition photographer. The competitor cannot remove himself from these public databases.
21.12. All issues not specified in the instructions will be resolved by the panel of judges, and if the head commisaire, the main organiser and the head secretary decide by consensus, the organizers have the right to supplement or amend the series guide during the season.
